Great experience I had a 2:30 appt for my oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off before work at 7:30 am, advised I would be back at 5pm to pick up. "Transmission Repair" and other repair issues It has been a nightmare for 2 months with mature car problems from 1/17/19 – 3-19-19. During this time my 2013 Ford Fusion was towed 3X to Advantage F It has been a nightmare for 2 months with mature car problems from 1/17/19 – 3-19-19. During this time my 2013 Ford Fusion was towed 3X to Advantage Ford for repair. During this time I was supplied with a rental car. At least I could get around! My main worry was if I could trust this car and not breaking down at an isolated area. On 3/18/19 when the car was towed the 3rd time it only needed to replace the battery. Car was ready on 3/19/19. When I picked up the car it was a rainy day. Dustin Bauer very considered as always, drove the car to the service area, so I wouldn’t get wet. Thank you Dustin for being so thoughtful! And, I am always happy to deal with you and thanks for you good service. More

He also noticed that the radio antenna was brittle and cracked and made sure that issue was taken care of also. Also had some rusting on back seat metal which was told is normal due to the type of metal and living in Florida. Will try to fix myself based on Joe's recommendation. More
