Dissatisfied customer because I scheduled a tire rotation and oil change and a tire rotation was not complete it because they said, we cannot remove Lugnuts from your veh because I scheduled a tire rotation and oil change and a tire rotation was not complete it because they said, we cannot remove Lugnuts from your vehicle these are the original Lugnuts on the vehicle. So I don’t understand how this service couldn’t be completed. Also there was increase and pricing that I was not notified prior to me arriving to my appointment. More

Shoddy dealership This was my first visit to have my first oil change in a newly purchased Cadillac. I expected first-rate service having purchased an expensive high-e This was my first visit to have my first oil change in a newly purchased Cadillac. I expected first-rate service having purchased an expensive high-end car but what I found was an unfriendly service writer named Brian, and a surprise that I wasn’t on the loaner list meaning that when I made the appointment someone didn’t follow through and get me on that list. my visit was saved by the fleet manager whose name I believe was Don who quickly rustled up a car and got me on my way. When I checked out I was also surprised that the receptionist/cashier was also not friendly. I just found the whole experience at the dealership very mediocre. Two out of three people were not friendly and acted like I was a burden iand a bother In their day. Your location is convenient for me but I would think twice before returning. More
