Excellent customer service Service was excellent...Dave from service went out of his way to help me! I was in need of a tire on my truck and no one had it until I called here an Service was excellent...Dave from service went out of his way to help me! I was in need of a tire on my truck and no one had it until I called here and Dave said I found one in McCook Illinois and went and picked it up while I drove to the service department! I wish I could say the same thing about the new car sales area...I was treated like a piece of garbage by one of the sales guys as he assumed I could not afford a new vehicle not knowing what I currently drive and he told me he was to busy dealing with a credit app for someone else....Boy was he wrong!! The last 7 vehicles I have purchased from GMC between 2 of my companies were paid in full upon delivery! Oh well their loss! Sincerely, Mike Phillips More
