Go to Just Tires I figured I would go to the dealer for tires and an alignment for the best service. I now have my 3rd appointment for the initial installation. 1st a I figured I would go to the dealer for tires and an alignment for the best service. I now have my 3rd appointment for the initial installation. 1st appointment,tires and alignment. 2nd appointment for a tire that was leaking from day one. 3rd appointment upcoming because they messed up the tire balance on the second appointment. Definitely not worth the extra money for "dealer service." More

Anthony Service Writter Antagonist old school dealer tactics. First thing Anthony says to me is where did you buy your car. He already knew since I watched him study the de Antagonist old school dealer tactics. First thing Anthony says to me is where did you buy your car. He already knew since I watched him study the dealer sticker on the back of the car. My reply was it’s a GMC and I’m here for service and it does not matter where the car was purchased. His next comment was, you bought this in southern Illinois. Again I said it does not matter, I stood up, and said I would just leave if there was a problem. Then Anthony says he is just making small talk. I told him weather, Blackhawk, Bulls is small talk but trying to give me a hard time because I did not buy the car from Ettelson was not. Poor experience, will avoid this dealership at all costs unless I have no choice. More

Tires Purchased tires recently which I love and was not harrased to buy insurance 10 times or new wheels which has happened at tire only stores. The tires were the same price as cut rate tire stores too. Two of the tires were leaking cometo find out it was the sensors that were bad and needed replacing. Problem solved! More

Over-delivered on service appointment - thanks! dropped my Escalade off a few days early for a Friday appointment as I was hoping to get it back for a Saturday road trip.
