my visit here a day before Christmas was a different kind of experience.. mostly in a good way. I started off knowing my credit wasn’t as high as it once was but I had a good down payment to give . Joe came out to ask if I needed help and I couldn’t have gotten a better salesman..he never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way like most salesman do . I even told him I was thinking of a few other cars to go see and he understood my situation . I went out to see the other car and since it didn’t work out I came back to ettleson and the rest is history. Had a nice conversation with Joe and eventually he was fumbling between me and a few other customers but I can’t blame him for working hard SPECIALLY during the holidays .. I’m usually a hard person to make a deal with when it comes to car sales but we met in the middle and worked things out ..if I were to buy a car in the future from this dealership I would hope to make my purchase with Joe again just for being the person he is.. thanks again and happy holidays More
