I work at a Chrysler dealership, and I appreciated the fact that there wern't several salespeople waiting to jump on me as soon as I walked in, or worse yet, meeting me before I even walked in the door. The only thing I would change is giving the customer a little longer test drive.I was familiar with the car, but going 1 block to a parking lot hardly gives a person a chance to get familiar with how the vehicle handles.
