Went to the dealer, was greeted by a service guy who was polite and friendly. Then met with a service writer that I have dealt with before. Randy Cronin. He’s a top notch guy. An honest, straight shooter, that won’t steer you wrong. I was ready to shell out $125 for a tire rotation, oil change, and inspection. Randy informed me that my car was still covered by an existing Cadillac Premium Maintenance plan. ( something that the dealer I had purchased from didn’t tell me), he also mentioned my 2017 XTS was due to have the cabin and engine air filters replaced. Something I also wasn’t aware of. Like I said, Randy is top notch. So my out of pocket was a fat whopping $ 0.00 I also asked Randy for a printout of a builders sheet of my car. He had it for me in just a couple of minutes. The service department here is awesome. They had my car finished in just under an hour or so. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for service on my 2017 XTS. Thanks again for a great visit. More

Love coming here.. but the last visit was 2 hours. I was just at this service center the other day getting a service done. I always bring my vehicle here for service and I have had no issues. When I made the appointment, I was told it would be under an hour or at most an hour. If at the time I was told that it could possibly be longer, I would have dropped off the vehicle earlier in the day and not waited. I understand sometimes appointments can go longer than expected, but there should be some communication to the customer letting us know what the status is. I had to check in with the service advisor and it was never clear how long it would actually take. More
