Parts backorder still results in great service Ettleson staff was very helpful throughout a 5 week parts delay. The dealer provided a loaner car for the entire duration. Brake Replacement I want to recognize Mike Schmidt for his excellent Customer Service. He provided me a service credit back in April due to an unpleasant experience in I want to recognize Mike Schmidt for his excellent Customer Service. When it was time to use that credit on this past visit, he kept his word and allowed me to apply it to my brake repair. I was given some pushback from a Service Technician when I tried to use this credit, which was frustrating. My overall experience with Ettleson has not been the best but Mike Schmidt made the experience much better. More

Poor sales department but very friendly porter I flew in from Michigan to purchase a used 2018 CTS-V and the car was delivered with a empty gas tank. My salesman was slow to reply to request for information during the presales and after the sale. The only employee I can talk highly of is the young porter that picked my wife and I at the airport he was the friendliest of all the employees we encountered during our less than stellar sales experience at the dealership.
