I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealersh This visit was initiated by a call I received regarding two recalls for my 2019 Enclave. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership in both service and sales. But this visit was a first for me here...poor communication regarding what time of day I needed to arrive to get a loaner car. Thankfully it was taken care of, but I felt bad and there appeared to be some personnel issues amongst the service advisors as well. You could tell they were not happy, but that should never be seen by a customer. My advisor (Brian) was busy with me when another advisor, Tony, told him to take a call. Brian stated (in a not so professional way) to take a message since he was busy with me. Tony, as far as I could tell, did not help the caller on hold. A porter was paged to get my loaner, but never showed up so Brian took initiative to get the car himself. While Brian was gone, Tony told another service personnel (who I believe was a supervisor), that Brian was not answering a call. Basically ratting him out rather than taking initiative to help instead. Pretty poor display of helpfulness by Tony. I proceeded to advise Brian that he was paged and there was an irate customer on the phone waiting for him since there was no way he could have heard the intercom page while driving inside my loaner car. I offered to wait so he could take the call out of courtesy. Car was supposed to be ready the next day and I hadn't heard anything by 4:30. I texted the advisor at the number he provided me and he proceeding to tell me he "thinks" it is done but he had left work for the day and wasn't sure. Not wanting to waste time driving all the way there in rush hour traffic only to find out ot was not ready, I then called the service department and they initially couldn't find any paperwork for me, but again said it "should" be done. Fortunately, when I arrived at the dealer my car was ready. Like I said, I have always had great experiences with the same service advisor and service dept in general. Something on this last trip was certainly off. I hope my future visits go more smoothly. More

I found a car online that I liked and the car wasn't even out of detailing yet. The car arrived rather quickly, we went on a ride, and I was sold. The transaction went seamlessly and Tom was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. After a couple days for my car to go through the certification process, Tom texted me and the car was ready to go! I will definitely recommend Ettleson Cadillac, and Tom especially to anyone in the market to buy. Thank you!!!! More

Had my car for 2 days and i had to call 4 times get transferred 3 times each call only for the person to say the car isn't ready yet with no other status update. Still waiting to hear back on why my car was returned without being fixed. More

The accommodations in the waiting room were pleasant and I was provided the ability to contact the service rep when needed. Anthony was personable and explained the service as well as the diagnostics thoroughly and understandably. I truly appreciate the absence of “pushiness” that typically comes from having service done at a dealership service department. I experienced this at Naperville Cadillac, which was a big “turn off” The treatment and the service I receive at Ettleson encourages me to return for service and yo recommend this facility to others.
