I found a car online that I liked and the car wasn't even out of detailing yet. The car arrived rather quickly, we went on a ride, and I was sold. The transaction went seamlessly and Tom was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. After a couple days for my car to go through the certification process, Tom texted me and the car was ready to go! Had my car for 2 days and i had to call 4 times get transferred 3 times each call only for the person to say the car isn't ready yet with no other status update. I truly appreciate the absence of “pushiness” that typically comes from having service done at a dealership service department.
