Really did not get the Encore I wanted! My salesman. first complained that my incentives was worse than doing surgery. Wanted to come in on a Saturday, but he said it is usually very busy, because of this we came in on Friday afternoon, did not have enough time ti thoroughly to go over the car, we missed some key features, and made my wife very disappointed.
