Service call Tried to use text function to make same day appt. Text was responded to quickly and was told someone would call me shortly. No one ever called me. So Tried to use text function to make same day appt. Text was responded to quickly and was told someone would call me shortly. No one ever called me. So in called service dept myself and was able to get same day appointment. Was checked in immediately. Was given approximate wait time. Service was finished on time but no car wash. Overall good experience More
