Poorest Customer Service ever. This took 8 days to reply to initial inquiry. It took 3.5 hours to complete prepaid wire transfer sale when they knew i was driving 3 hours. I then h This took 8 days to reply to initial inquiry. It took 3.5 hours to complete prepaid wire transfer sale when they knew i was driving 3 hours. I then had to request missing owners manual, navigation chip, floor mats by phone 3 times and I have not recieved after 17 days. Called yesterday and told items were ordered finally. Have also not recieved title after 3 phone calls to allow the transfer of ownership. Supposedly finally sent the title yesterday. Dealer reps avoiding helping if its not their commission. The rep (Joe) who eventually wrote up transaction paid his bills while we waited supposedly for another rep to help for an hour. Also, not a single voicemail message was responded to from anyone working here. Stay away from this dealer. Not with it before, during, or after the sale. Hope the owner reads this. Worst transaction ever!!!! More

The best experience I have ever had buying a car I found the GMC Acadia online at Ettleson’s. I live in central Wisconsin and it’s a 4 1/2 hour drive to get there. They were friendly and helpful wit I found the GMC Acadia online at Ettleson’s. I live in central Wisconsin and it’s a 4 1/2 hour drive to get there. They were friendly and helpful with bringing the vehicle inside for us to look at. We stayed the night and went back in the morning to finish up the paperwork and go over the vehicle. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and fixed some issues with the new car. I’m very happy with the outcome of this purchase. Love the car and I will be back for any future purchases that I make. More

2004 Escalade experience. My experience in purchasing my 2004 Escalade was fair. Rafael, the salesperson was knowledge about this vehicle. The Escalade was in good condition. I was told to return during the week to have that repaired and no cost. When I arrived, the mechanic informed me that he could not fix it and that I would have to bring it back, which could cost up to $190 to repair. That experience left me a bit disappointed and I have not returned. More

Very disappointed I brought my vehicle in on 2/11 for an oil change and to have a check engine indicator checked. I was told I could only get the my oil changed because I brought my vehicle in on 2/11 for an oil change and to have a check engine indicator checked. I was told I could only get the my oil changed because the computers were down so I needed to schedule a 2nd appointment to bring my vehicle back to have it looked at. I scheduled the follow up appt for 2/25. I waited a little over 2 hours while my vehicle was being serviced and was told the problem was repaired. I drove home and the moment I turned on my block the service engine indicator came back on. I drove back to the dealer after calling and being told that my service rep was on a call. Once I arrived I was told i needed to reschedule for another day or someone could drive me home because all the service engineers was now on lunch. Because I had to children to pick up from school I opted to reschedule thinking it would be the next morning since this issue had now gone on a while overlooked but was told nothing was available until 2/27. My vehicle was kept over night to correct the issue. When I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup I requested a car wash but was told the carwash frozen. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience of having to come back and forth for an issue that should've been taken care of on 2/11 then to be told my car couldn't be washed when the temperature was and had been normal was more of insult. More
