Oil change that took way too long with no explanation My service person Randy said an oil change would take an hour. I was there over an hour and a half and had to text and ask the receptionist where my c My service person Randy said an oil change would take an hour. I got the paperwork with NO explanation- which I had to call & ask how my brakes were, .... never saw Randy after the initial check-in. Found out after getting receipt that they rotated tires without telling me(just had that done at tire place). I would tell anyone who asked not to go to Ettleson More
