Excellent service! I had oil leaking from my engine and brought my car to Ettelson for service. My car was out of warranty but working with Randy Cronin and Peter Engel I had oil leaking from my engine and brought my car to Ettelson for service. My car was out of warranty but working with Randy Cronin and Peter Engel they were able to get help paying for the repair from Cadillac. I am grateful for their help and will continue to bring my car to Ettelson for service. I would recommend Ettelson to anyone that needs service for their car. More

Buick I was a half hour for the appointment and was told not to leave they would get me in. The straw that broke the camels back was the patching of my tire? They tore the tire putting it back on my car which caused another delay! The service experience was horrible! I will never buy another GM. car and my father is retired from GM! I had several appointments I had to reschedule because of the poor service! You lost a customer for life! More
