I have been taking my GL550 to Mercedes Benz Devon since I have owned it. Michael Davis has been my service representative and he really is fantastic! i highly recommend requesting him as your service rep. I have owned it. I have been incredibly pleased with how expediently they schedule me when I call. They are very accomodating with loaner cars, always call me with a quote for repairs before performing any service and always have the car ready either when or before they say they will. Even though I live closer to other dealerships I continue to come here because the service is outstanding! More

This dealership goes over and above my expectation each time I visit. Every person I encounter most definitely enjoys their position and the responsibility that comes with it. Upon entering the GORGEOUS service department, I was warmly greeted by a representative confirming my appointment and directing me exactly where I needed to go. When I walked up to Dave O'Brian's desk ( warmly greeted by a representative confirming my appointment and directing me exactly where I needed to go. When I walked up to Dave O'Brian's desk (my favorite service person in the world) and goodness knows, I've met a ton of them with all the cars my family has had, I was personally greeted and assured that all would be taken care of. I happily pick up a loaner car which was gorgeous and so clean (I almost didn't want to go back to my old car) until I saw how beautiful my own car looked upon pick up. A job well done and within the time period stated. I have multiple friends that have either purchased their cars here or have them serviced and we all agree, it's great. I am a part-time working/stay-at-home mom and the last thing I need is more hassle. Thank you to everyone here that made my Thursday and Friday so great! More

I have been to this dealership on many occasions, I have owned a Mercedes for most of my adult life. If I need a loaner it is so simple and convenient, and if I wait for my car there is a comfortable seatin owned a Mercedes for most of my adult life. Mercedes is a brand I have owned for the last 30 years and I have been a customer of many different dealerships and the Euro Devon dealership is by far the best in Sales and Service. The entire staff and and I have been a customer of many different dealerships and the Euro Devon dealership is by far the best in Sales and Service. The entire staff and in particular Mike Davis treat you like you were part of their family. Servicing a customer is a lost art and Euro reminds me of when you go to a very exclusive restaurant to eat and as soon as you walk in the door all your needs and expectations are exceeded from start to finish. The two mercedes I currently own are only serviced by Euro Devon from oil changes and tires to anything else that needs to be done. More

I have worked with Adam for the past five years. He is always so helpful and willing to make sure that my car is fixed with the least amount of hassle for me. Adam is very personable and takes the time to ask about me and my family. My car always comes back very clean and I know that it was given a complete service. Adam makes sure I get everything done that is necessary, but I never feel like he is trying to "over sell" me products or services I do not need. I trust Adam and know my cars (I have an E-350 & GLK 350) are always in good hands when Adam has them. He is an all around good guy. More

My sales man Bob was very though, I was very please with him. Had a few minor problems with service but Dave Obrien was excellent he was fair and courteous along with Jeff ridgeway.
