Brandon Smith, 2017 Santa Fe Lease Ed Wilm was an excellent salesperson, and overall great guy. He made the process very easy and relaxing. He was polite, relaxed, knowledgeable, patient, and unobtrusive. He explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions in an honest manner. I didn't feel any pressure from him to go in any certain direction. On the contrary, he knew I was looking to lease and never tried to dissuade me or push me toward a purchase. He went above and beyond running numbers and letting me compare vehicles, and he even stayed well past closing to get everything done so I could leave with my Santa Fe that night. I had one issue with my vehicle that was not discovered right away (and was not discover-able by any Hyundai staff) that Ed immediately made right when I contacted him about it. He was easy to work with on that issue and it was quickly remedied. Ed and the rest of the staff that I dealt with during the process were all very nice, the overall process was very easy, and the end result is a vehicle that I am very happy with. I would recommend Ed and this dealership to all of my family and friends. In fact, my girlfriend and I will most likely be leasing from here again and hope to work with Ed again. I found their prices to be very competitive and the options quite varied. I reached out to them and spoke with John Allen via text. He was very quick to respond and answered all of my many questions in a timely manner and we were able to hammer out almost all the details of my needs in the span of a day. My window of opportunity to travel to Evansville was literally one day so it was nice to be able to have a constant line of communication to the dealership and know that they would have everything ready for me to test drive when I arrived. John didn't disappoint. He was able to get us taken care of in addition to helping several other clients at the same time.
