Best Experience Ever I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, but it was not available in N Ky where I live. They would not transfer the vehicle to my local dealer, but inst I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, but it was not available in N Ky where I live. They would not transfer the vehicle to my local dealer, but instead agreed to sell it to me at the same price that my local dealer agreed to, and then delivered it to my driveway 2 days later.....almost 4 hours away. Paperwork was quick and easy via the computer and texts to John Hawkins. No games. Ho hassle.Only a few papers to sign when it was delivered. Never have I experienced this level of customer service. Fanastic!! More

I had driven an Elantra many times as a rental car in the past for business, so I knew what car was on my short list. I wanted an affordable, maintenence friendly vehicle and the Elantra fits the bill. Adam took the time to educate me on updated features since my last rental experience & walk me through the facility. I met several other staff members who were all friendly and informative. I have no doubt that I will be back when this car becomes a trade in. I couldn't be happier. More
