Everett Buick GMC - Service Center

Bought a new Yukon in 2016. Since that time the transmission has fell apart/failed 4 times and has had to be rebuilt or replaced 4 times. Its most recent failure was a little over a year ago. As I write this review it is in the shop at Everett right now because it is failing again and the service dept told me it would be $6500 to replace or repair. The dealership originally told me they could not go to seek assistance from the GM rep. I gripped to the service manager enough that he called GM REP and was told they could not make a business case to replace the transmission, but would offer me $2500 extra/voucher to trade it in. I told him to forget about it. I have always had a GM with one exception. I have never had a transmission go out until I purchased this Yukon from EVERETT. It has north of 175,000 miles but you should not go through 4 or 5 transmissions period. LOOK IT UP. GM HAS HAD REAL PROBLEMS WITH THIS TRANSMISSION OVER THE YEARS. GM, Everett and Gwantney have made repairs and everytime the transmission goes out again. I am done with GM and EVERETT. You might want to think about your next purchase. More

Went in for our oil change appointment and waited for 2 hours. We then went and asked a mechanic how much longer it would take and he blatantly ignored us so we had to ask again and was told “there are app hours. Or better yet, chose another place. Awful experience More

Stopped by Everett Buick right before closing where Seth quickly diagnosed the issue and set me up to get it fixed first thing in the morning. All the people at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Car was fixed quickly and we were back on the road. Additionally, since it was Friday, we were treated to chicken biscuits, doughnuts and coffee. Best dealership experience ever! More

Thermostat replaced for no reason ! Car had coolant leaking like rain on arrival Scanner showed thermostat was stuck ,replaced it $305!Returned, coolant still flowing, ,replaced coolant Car had coolant leaking like rain on arrival Scanner showed thermostat was stuck ,replaced it $305!Returned, coolant still flowing, ,replaced coolant pipes leading into intake, wanted $329 more. Told them xxxxxxxx, didn't even need new thermostat! Finally was charged $93 more dollars, thankfully had a $10 coupon. I don't think on first trip there was ever a visual inspection ! Duh ......
