Repairs took three weeks to complete after being told parts had arrived. Zero contact from collision center other than me calling them at the two week point and the three week point to check on status. W parts had arrived. When I picked up the vehicle, there was a $200 item missing from my truck (Noco battery jump pack model GB70). I was told they would check with guys from their shop, I had to call back after several days to check with them again to see if they had found it. I was told that one Technician had seen a Noco battery pack in the front seat of a truck he had moved recently but it couldn’t have been mine since I had said my missing battery back was left under my rear seat. I would think it could have been a possibility that someone at their shop may have moved it from the location I left it. The shop supervisor felt that could not be the case and felt it had been another truck with a Noco battery pack in it instead. Zero offers to replace or even apologize for the missing item. More
