We have bought numerous vehicles from Everette. Usually great experience. But the last couple was an unpleasant experience. Not because of the Salesman Robert Allen nor Derek the sales manger. The FI Manger Jim was unpleasant and unprofessional. Was rude and unprofessional to my Insurance representative but also blamed the salesman. Clearly he isn’t quite sure of his job as he made up reasons for his actions. Would still buy from my salesman but never let Jim run your paperwork. Request Cody or Ms. Cathy. Both great professionals. More
