Tina recommended that I speak to Rusty about trade-in value of my car while I was there for service. Rusty got me a number for the trade-in and a quote for a new Equinox. Was looking for a van online and found one at everett. I called and spoke with Mr.Parson.He was great found the van we was wanting gave a good price on it. I met Doug Minton when the President of my company purchased a vehicle from him. I was so impressed with Doug, that I struck up a conversation with him. He told me that if I ever needed any work on purchased a vehicle from him. I was so impressed with Doug, that I struck up a conversation with him. He told me that if I ever needed any work on any of my vehicles, to let him know. Coincidentally, a belt broke on my Buick the next morning on my way to work. I called Doug, and he graciously offered to come pick my vehicle up and take it to the shop for repair. Because Everett Chevrolet had to keep my vehicle overnight, Doug brought me a loaner to use (which happened to be a 2011 Enclave). Well, I fell in love with the vehicle, and the rest is history. I ended up buying a 2011 Enclave from Doug the next day. Doug went out of his way to make sure that the process went smoothly. He brought the papers to my office to be signed, and delivered the vehicle to my doorstep. I have never experienced such service from any other salesrep. He has since kept contact with me to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle. He has helped me on several occasions regarding the operations of the different options on the vehicle.
