Best Car Buying Experience EVER! Throughout another car buying experience my husband was extremely picky with everything little detail. Everett Chevrolet was very patient with us. I however, wanted to just give up and throw in the towel. Without any hassle Chad Woods and Brent Clark kept assuring me that they just wanted to help us get into something that we'd be happy with. From the first interaction to the day we drove off the lot our experience with Everett was nothing but superb. Because we have three children (two of them in diapers) they made sure they did as much as possible without having to come into the dealership. Once my husband finally found something that he truly liked, we went and signed the papers and drove off. Our max time there was maybe an hour and a half (seemed quicker than that). From past experiences we've spent hours in a dealership only to be hassled into a vehicle we didn't really like but knew we needed something. Everett Chevrolet really looked out for us as customers. They were sincere in every bit of our experience. Before leaving my husband whispered to me '' They have made me a customer for life''. Now that's what you call a good deal!! We viewed the truck online, and made the call to determine if it was still on the lot. After confirming, I spoke with a sales representative who was neither pushy nor pretentious. I immediately test drove the vehicle, and so did my husband. We were given a VERY fair deal on a trade-in, and were treated, for once, as if we were doing the business a favor by shopping with them. awesome! I began my contact with the dealership online early Saturday morning before they were even open. Immediately, I got a response from Joey Smith. We wen I began my contact with the dealership online early Saturday morning before they were even open. Immediately, I got a response from Joey Smith. We went back and forth answering some questions about the vehicle I was interested in. We then talked on the phone and his mannerisms was great. He was knowledgeable and gave some good joking in between. So after I informed Joey of what I needed to make the 1 hour and 10 minutes drive to purchase the vehicle he said," I'll text you the address, the roads are clear, and I will see you soon." I was greeted but another nice gentleman once I arrived and the meet Joey. I informed Joey over the phone that I did not want to spend hours at his dealership. I was in and out under a hour. Could have been quicker but we began discussing golf. A sport that we both liked so I didn't mind "busting my chops" with Joey! More
