I am very difficult In 2015 I have purchased two Enclaves (traded one in) at this Everett Chevrolet in Hickory, NC. Both experiences were outstanding. I am very difficult to deal with when it comes to big ticket purchases, but I have to admit, but purchases were seamless I live 60 miles away from Everett and pass scores of dealerships on my way to Hickory - but have no temptation or hesitation to go here for my vehicle purchases. I also sent a coworker of mine earlier this summer. He had the same outstanding customer service that I had Both times I have bought I felt that I was given a fair price for my purchase (and for my trade in). It seems there is a win-win approach at Everett. If you go there with your ducks in a row, and understand they have to make a profit as well, you will walk away satisfied. The atmosphere at Everett is very inviting. No "vulture" mentality where the staff is immediately hovering over you when you get on the premise. The Everett approach is to shoot-straight. Whether you're trading in or straight out purchasing. As I mentioned before, come there with your ducks in a row and you will be satisfied. There was no one at the reception desk/area and no one acknowledged us (several folks walked by) for several minutes as we stood waiting in the reception area. We were just starting to walk out when someone asked us if we needed help. We found out later that they were experiencing computer/phone problems and the receptionist was in a different area. More

Other than a few long waits (which, to be fair, seem to be unavoidable at all dealerships) and the fact that I had to make two trips from Columbia, SC (my fault, because my credit union was not open on Saturday, they did hold the car for me though), good experience and would recommend.
