We had my wife’s 2021 Chevy Suburban in for oil change and service. As always, our Advisor (John Tiller) was prompt and courteous. During the service, the technician had seen a potential issue with the fr and service. As always, our Advisor (John Tiller) was prompt and courteous. During the service, the technician had seen a potential issue with the front differential and noted it in the service review video. I contacted John and let him know since we had just recently had that serviced. They immediately inspected it and found it was dried fluid from when the service had been previously performed. As always, John and his team in the service department addressed our concerns to make sure our Suburban was safe and sound! I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate our service advisor and the team! Mistakes happen, things get missed, and we have had issues right after services were done, having worked at a dealership myself years ago, I understand, but John and the service guys have always jumped in, addressed the issues, and taken great care of our family FLEET of Chevys.
