Excellent buying experience We purchased our "new to us" vehicle from Everett Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Cadillac and we found the buying process to be very pleasant. Our salesman, JR We purchased our "new to us" vehicle from Everett Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Cadillac and we found the buying process to be very pleasant. Our salesman, JR Wells, was kind, courteous and very helpful from start to finish. We even realized there was a slight cosmetic issue that was missed by Everett's personnel before placing the vehicle on the lot and also missed by us during the test drive and inspection. JR and the Everett team ordered the part we needed, scheduled the service and gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. I hate to mention names because I'm sure I'll leave someone out, but JR was extremely helpful, and Corey Brown in Finance was also very pleasant to work with. Also Stephanie who called to schedule my repair at their on-site collision center was very nice and courteous, and Eric who assisted me with my loaner vehicle for the day was very nice. I was also contacted by Justin Phillips to make sure I was kept abreast of the status of the ordered part. I also have to commend the cleaning staff at this dealership: I visited on at least 4 occasions, and every single time, the cleaning staff never stopped cleaning the entire time I was there. They cleaned floors, windows, sills, walls, every surface in the place! This was probably the cleanest dealership I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend the Everett dealership and JR Wells to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
