The service writer is amazing but the actual techs don't fully complete service tickets. I've had to bring my car back to get the rotation done that was part of the original ticket once already, this time I fully complete service tickets. They also don't send the video at the main service center like they do at the truck center. More

Well truck didn't get fixed, recall was done told truck would not start, told It was in program because it was tuned and deleted. It was not the program. It hadn’t been primed, air in lines from work done would not start, told It was in program because it was tuned and deleted. It was not the program. It hadn’t been primed, air in lines from work done. A friend and myself got the truck started drove it home. Truck stop running again, my son and I found a connection that was leaking, this was not there before and fix that Purged truck and now it's running. Before I left the dealership the first time I had asked them to check truck to make sure no leaks or air in system they did not wanted to keep blaming it on time and delete. Regardless of recall, warranty or paying big bucks work should be checked. Based off what I know about customer relations the customer is right until proven wrong. But I was just told because it was deleted that was the issue. Having to take truck to specialist to fix original problem because Everett did not. Sad a dealership want help. Word of mouth means a whole lot for future reference. Thanks More
