Up front I mentioned to Kris that I wanted to make the deal over the phone and through e-mail. Kris made this happen, all I had to do was show up on Saturday at 9AM and I was out the door with my new Yukon by 10:15AM. Kris and the staff made me and my wife feel very comfortable and went out of their way to meet our expectations. This was my best experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone I interacted with within the dealership was excellent. From the receptionist I met when I entered, the mechanic I spoke with for 5-10 minutes, the finance guy, the owner's son, the techy that excellent. I was searching the internet for a very specific car, a '09 Porsche Cayenne GTS, which Everett had. I called and was immediately connected to Neil Parsons, who offered to have the car driven to me to test '09 Porsche Cayenne GTS, which Everett had. I called and was immediately connected to Neil Parsons, who offered to have the car driven to me to test drive. This was a huge convenience as I live almost a couple hours away. He sent a great driver, Pete Huntley, who could not have been nicer. Pete even took the car so I could have it checked out at a Porsche dealership and then drove the car back to me when I purchased it 1 day later.
