I stopped in on Saturday night with my wife. The dealership was closeing I asked to look at a Explorer 2006. The man said no problem. My wife liked the color. So we came back Monday morning. The man that took care of us saturday night in the wind and cold was Lance. He went above and beyond the normal job duty. We came in Mondayt and walked out that afternoon with our new truck. Everybody we talked to treated us like we are the most important people there. It was the best experience that my wife and I have ever had at a dealership before. Went to Everett Chevrolet seeking a new Cruze for my wife. Started out browsing their website (easy to navigate, accurate information, etc.) and found a few cars we wanted to look at. Found some great prices online and was pleasantly surprised to find out prices were the same at the dealer! My wife and I worked with Bryan Parsons and we couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was friendly, answered any questions we had, and was excellent to work with. We ended up buying the Cruze we inquired about and the entire car buying experience was wonderful. While we were buying the Cruze, I asked about a Camaro. To keep the story short, i ended up driving out of there with a new Camaro the next week. Sometime in October '12, we stopped in to just "look", as we were far away from buying a new or used vehicle at the time. We just "talked", and never even looked at any cars, exscept on Sundays when we drove around the lots. We continued to look at many cars at different dealerships, but always came back to talk to Chris,as he always was honest and gave us some ideas. This past Monday, Feb. 11th, we drove out with a 2013 GMC Terrain, and it is one beautiful car. Again, poor Chris with a couple in their late 70's, who have had many vehicles in their 56 years of marriage, but we had to admire his patience and his perseverance with us.
