Anytime I emailed him a question he was always very prompt to return an answer if when he wasn't working. We have worked on finding the right car for me for the past several weeks and when I found it, it was very easy to get everything changed over. Rusty even went back over the car when my husband got there so that he would know how everything works. I feel like I can contact Rusty or Tina with any problems that I might have in the future and have no doubt they would be solved. Definitely recommend them in the future. More

Best car buying experience ever...period. Was looking for something to save a little gas $$$ Liked the Malibu and decided to look for a used one. Contacted every dealership around the Hickory/Statesville/ Charlotte area to ask questions and everybody wanted me to come in....not @ Everett. Neil answered all my questions, had the car brought to my house for the test drive, and then when I purchased it, put him in touch with my bank, and then the car was delivered to my office. Never evern set foot in the dealership. Neil & Everett made this happen. Been very happy with my Malibu....but been even happier with Neil. Had a problem with my XM..Neil handled it. had a problem with my a/c...Neil handled it. The best part though, was that Neil did it with a smile on his face & making jokes the whole time. He's a character & an asset to Everett. Go to Everett...stop looking anywhere else and see Neil. He'll make you laugh, make you feel like he cares about you, and sell you a great vehicle at a great price, and will take care of you & your car for years to come! More
