Jim's genuine relaxed demeanor made me feel extremely comfortable working with him as he offered a gold on black Denali. I turned down the offer and continued my initial search. Over the next couple of days Jim was persistent in trying to sell me the gold Denali, but his persistence was not pushy or intrusive. Jim took the time to uncover my needs and I bought the gold Denali from Jim based this and his ability to negotiate to a price I was happy with. The truck did not have the hitch cover and Jim actually tracked down the previous owner, sent a driver out of state to pick it up and had it shipped to me. All this was well after the sell. Its customer service like this that will have me begin my next vehicle search with Jim Richardson and Everett GMC. More
