I feel the price of the car we purchased was fair. I would have been happy to have received a little more discount from the listed price but I'm okay with the price we paid. I visited several dealers in my local area in search of a GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD. It is hard to find these on dealer lots, and I was surprised that none of the local dealers seemed very interested in earn GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD. It is hard to find these on dealer lots, and I was surprised that none of the local dealers seemed very interested in earning my business. It was more like, "if you decide you want to buy, come in and give us money and we'll look for one." In looking online, I found Everett Chevrolet GMC in Hickory. They had a unit similar to what I wanted. I inquired about it online, and Neil Parsons got back to me right away. He was very willing to find the exact unit I wanted, without commitment. Once the exact unit was found, he worked to structure an excellent purchase deal, including a firm offer on my trade-in. I accepted his offer, gave a small deposit, and we arranged to have all the paperwork ready so that we could finish the deal as quickly as possible. Yesterday I arrived at the dealer, took the new truck for a short test drive, and spent just a few minutes signing all the (pre-printed) paperwork. We were out the door in less than an hour, start to finish. No pressure to buy add-ons, and they even were very friendly to our dogs who accompanied us on the trip. Overall, I am totally satisfied with the internet buying experience, Everett Chevrolet GMC and, particularly, Neil Parsons' service. I will definitely recommend them in the future! More

We went to Everett Chevy Buick GMC to check on a used vehicle since our old Buick was beginning to have some "health problems" and had almost 200,000 mls on it. We were greeted by Tom Truitt wh vehicle since our old Buick was beginning to have some "health problems" and had almost 200,000 mls on it. We were greeted by Tom Truitt who showed us several new and used cars. He was wonderful, listened to all of our needs and took excellent care of us. We loved the fact that he was NOT pushy in any way and that he told the truth. He was very personable and friendly as well. We began to change our mind about a used car when we compared the prices with the new ones. So, Tom did some paper work and introduced us to Ryan Caldwell who did our credit check and got us a good deal as far as our loan goes. We were amazed how easy everything went when we made the decision to purchase our new Buick. They called the insurance company and transfered our insurance from one vehicle the other, they transfered registrations and even took our old plate off and put it on the new car. The next morning we were introduced to Ryan Hoke, who "tried" to teach us to work all the miraculous bells and whistles on the new car. We are pretty slow about computer things, so he assured us that he will be there for us if we get new phones or need his assistance in any way! He was very knowledgable about your products and very patient with our questions. Over all our experience was excellent! We were very pleased, not only with our new car, but, with the helpfulness and care we received from everyone on staff that we came across. I am 60 years old and this is the first time I have driven a new car off a lot! More

The experience was so painless - it was actually fun and exciting! The way purchasing a new vehicle should be but most times is not! She was as excited for us as we were. In a matter of a couple of days, we were on our way to Hickory to pick up our new truck. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and were treated as though we were the only ones there although there was a lot of activity. Ryan showed us all the features and spent time explaining all the buttons. The time he spent with us turned out to be invaluable in understanding the latest technology and features of the truck. He had the ability to cover the options and features with the right amount of detail and thoroughness needed in a manner that was easy to understand without wasteing time. He truly "dumbdown" the techy stuff so that it was easy to understand with practical application. The sales and product specialist spent full time with me , making sure I new everything about my new car. He set up my Bluetooth and On-Star.
