I purchased a 2005 Tahoe from Everett Chevy through Heath McPherson via the Internet. The delivery driver who delivered the vehicle and picked up my trade was as pleasant and helpful as I have ever met. When I need another automobile I will definitely go to Everett. I hope to meet Heath and Brent in person one day. I live in Virginia and within two miles of a major Chevy dealership but never have been treated as nice as Everett Chevy. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Heath, Brent, and the delivery driver a "15". Thanks again! More
I purchased a used Escalade through internet sales since I had done this once in the past through another dealer without a glitch. During the swapping of information with Jim was courteous and quick to return phone calls and emails. I was assured that the vehicle was in excellent condition and the car fax seemed to agree. One day after we purchased the Escalade The radio was not working correctly and the rear brakes were making noise. A call to Jim and his assurance that the problems would be taken care of turned out to be nothing more than talk. A local GM dealer discovered that the radio would have to be replaced and the front and rear brake pads would not pass inspection. There was only 3 mm of brake pad left on the front and rear pads. When the inspecting dealership spoke with Everette Chevy to attempt to resolve the problem they also received rude customer service. The radio was covered by the warranty and fortunately for me the servicing GM dealership was focused on customer service and making things right even if it was another dealerships problem. The serving GM dealership quickly ordered my parts and took care of the brake problem and the radio. This experience with Everette Chevy will be my last and I will be certain to share my story with anyone I know. More

We noticed that all the staff worked together to make this buying experience the best that we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. We located a used Surburban on Autotrader for sale at this dealership. It was listed for $33,000. My husband and I (who both work 6 and 7 days/week) took a day off from work and drove an hour to Hickor this dealership. It was listed for $33,000. My husband and I (who both work 6 and 7 days/week) took a day off from work and drove an hour to Hickory to look at the vehicle, in hopes to buy. When we arrived at the dealership, we were quickly told about the vehicle, and were stated a price of $34,000 and that it could definitely not go any lower. We drove the vehicle and was fairly happy with it, but it had not been well cleaned and showed some overall wear. When we requested a quote with our trade in. The quote was brought back to us at a starting price of $35,900, discounted down $1000 to $34,900 (still above the advertised price and the price quoted of $34,000). After our trade in deducted and all the other fees added, they presented us with the "best that could be done" at a total of $32,900. We politely refused the offer and left the dealership. On our way home, I told my husband that I had watched the vehicle online and that it had been listed at $33,000 for at least the past week. When we got home, I pulled up the dealership's website and again saw the same vehicle listed at $33,000. Also, Mike sent us an email after we left the dealership that also showed the vehicle listed at $33,000. The following day, my husband called Mike back at the dealership. The first thing we were told was every night, the vehicles are re-evaluated and it had dropped the night before to $33,000. My husband told him it was not true, that we had seen it online at $33,000 for a week and that we would not be doing business with anyone that so blatently lies to customers! We next recieved a call from a Ms. Everett who also tried to come up with excuses, such as the construction had all the computers down so the salesman was quoting an old price - which we told her was not the case as he pulled everything off the computer he sat at. Finally we were told that we could purchase the vehicle at $29,900 with the dealership crying that they were taking a $600 loss in that deal. Well, our final answer is - WE WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH EVERETT CHEVROLET because we do not trust major purchases to businesses who have multiple staff members who fabricate all kinds of stories to get a sale!
