I am from Memphis, Tn and I found the car I was lookiing for on the internet. It happened to be on the Everett lot in Charlotte NC, so I called and reached Mr. Lutz. He was very well informed as to what I for on the internet. It happened to be on the Everett lot in Charlotte NC, so I called and reached Mr. Lutz. He was very well informed as to what I was looking for and offered me a deal that I could not refuse. I flew over to Charlotte and Mr. Lutz had someone waiting for me at the airport (which is probably 50 to 60 miles away). We drove to the lot and Mr.Lutz was waiting at the door. We consumated our deal and I was on I-40 back to Memphis in less than 45 minutes. He was honest, well informed, and knew the business. Normally, I get physically sick when spending money....Really, I get physically sick when I spend more than $100. I always hesitate and have to think about whether it is a need or a "want". I am money....Really, I get physically sick when I spend more than $100. I always hesitate and have to think about whether it is a need or a "want". I am "cheap" to a fault. This time it was a totally different experience. In over 45 years of purchasing new vehicles, I can honestly say, this is the most pleasurable and easy transaction I have ever had. I didn't even get a "twinge" of pain when handing over our down payment and signing the purchase agreement. In fact, we were so eager and content with this purchase, we offered him the down payment rather than wait for him to request it. We have made numerous new truck purchases throughout our 42 years of marriage and I believe this is the third new Silverado purchased from Everette Chevrolet. The first was a 2000 Z71, the second was a 2004 4x4 and this purchase is a 2011 4x4. None have been as easy as this one. Either Everette Chevrolet is getting better with age or Rusty Lutz is one heck of a salesman, given, I have no buyers regret and am grateful for his expertise. More

"The Denali has a sunroof" This all started "The Denali has a sunroof" This all started last Friday.........I went to LOVE GMC to look at a Yukon Denali. It was way to big for what I wanted and "The Denali has a sunroof" This all started last Friday.........I went to LOVE GMC to look at a Yukon Denali. It was way to big for what I wanted and I noticed the Acadia on the showroom. It seemed to be more my size. I drove it and thought it would be perfect. Now the good part. We started working on numbers on the Acadia and my car. They told me that they could get me any car they could transfer. The one I was looking at was on SLT2 with a ton of options. It had the 3500 option wheels that look aweful. He told me that he could not swap them out for the base wheels and that I would have to live with them! I obviously did not like that response, but thought about the numbers and that if we got "right" on the numbers that I could just change the wheels later. Saturday morning I get a call that they could only do a low number on my car, and that he could only come down 1000 on the Acadia. I looked on ebay and saw your Denali for a lower price than the one I was looking at and it was a 2011 and a SLT2! I took my wife to look at the car and to see if they could do any better.......NO. I told them about your car and they pulled it up and told me that you would charge me a bunch of fees and that it did not have a sunroof. Being skeptical, I called and got Doug. I told him my situation and that i was fed up. We had some laughs and he said he would work on it and call me back. I thought it would take a few hours if I heard back at all. In about 15 minutes he called with a fair number on my car and told me all about the actual costs on the Acadia. I asked if it had a sunroof, Doug said " Denali's come with a sunroof". This is after I was told it did not have one. We went back and forth for about 15 minutes on a few calls and we agreed to a number. He then said that he would deliver the car to my work! SWEET. I did not mention that I used to be an F&I manager at a Honda store in Columbia SC. Doug was more than awesome! I have never had a better experience on buying a car. I have bought more that two dozen cars over the years. HE STILL OWES ME 19 CENTS!!!!. That was for Doug. More

After dealing with dealerships over and over in the Greensboro and the High Point area we decided to venture out to Everett Chevy in Hickory after discovering that they had several GMC Acadia's for sal Greensboro and the High Point area we decided to venture out to Everett Chevy in Hickory after discovering that they had several GMC Acadia's for sale via the internet. The week prior we spoke to Kris Kerr by phone who described his inventory of GMC Acadia's that were available. When asked to look around the vehicle's and point out any door dings or issues he was very willing, honest and even took picture's and sent them to our phone. November 4, 2011 we drove to Everett Chevrolet in hopes we would not get the same unorganized and run around treatment that we had been used to over the last 3 months. Upon arrival Kris had the car we were interested in under the portico waiting for us to look at out of the rain. We took the vehicle for a test drive and Kris didn't pressure us to have him ride with us and gave us a choice that he could go or we could go alone. We also test drove a second Acadia but ended up buying the first one as it was super nice and in new condition. From that point forward we had the MOST PLEASANT experience in buying a car, than we've had in a long time. Kris made a statement during the purchase as we were trying to get the numbers right, he said I'm here working for you, and that I feel like he truly was. It was well worth the 85 miles one way and 170 miles round trip. Kris, thank you for your kindness, generosity and respect. Kris knew the figures we needed to be at and got as close as possible. We are very happy with our "New Acadia". Maybe Everett Chevrolet should teach customer service to Vann York auto group, Flow Auto of Greensboro and Vestal GMC of Kernersville on how customers really should be treated. Thanks Kris !!!! More
