The dealership was very flexible in dealing with my transaction, especially since I was using a POA proxy to complete the transaction since I live in Charlotte and the dealership is in Hickory. Jim Williams was a true professional. I came to Everett Chevrolet because we bought our trade-in there in 2003. I did not come with the intentions of buying a new vehicle. Then Jim appeared and was so knowlegable about the Chevy Cruze that we were looking at and was in no way pushy or demanding. I had already told him that we were only looking and were not buying today. He said he understood and just kept on offering information about the vehicle, an hour later we were in the finance office. The most painless car buying experience ever. No pressure, just helpful info and a terrific attitude to go with that. Everyone was just so helpful and polite. The finance guy was also terrific. The only thing that would have given Jim a better rating, is for him to have been a Tarheel Fan (UNC) instead of the Florida Gators. (Ha Ha!!!) Jim was AWESOME!!! More
