Jim Williams was a true professional. I came to Everett Chevrolet because we bought our trade-in there in 2003. I did not come with the intentions of buying a new vehicle. I had already told him that we were only looking and were not buying today. He said he understood and just kept on offering information about the vehicle, an hour later we were in the finance office. The most painless car buying experience ever. No pressure, just helpful info and a terrific attitude to go with that. Everyone was just so helpful and polite. The finance guy was also terrific. The only thing that would have given Jim a better rating, is for him to have been a Tarheel Fan (UNC) instead of the Florida Gators. (Ha Ha!!!) Jim was AWESOME!!! More

I have been searching for a Mustang Convertible for over 6 months when I came across this Mustang at Everette Chevrolet on the internet. I knew that I would drive any distance to get what I REALLY WANTED s 6 months when I came across this Mustang at Everette Chevrolet on the internet. I knew that I would drive any distance to get what I REALLY WANTED so I inquired about this one. Neil Parsons contacted me pretty quickly which surprised me since it was late at night. We then talked about Mustangs since he also owned one (unlike other dealerships that had no idea what they were talking about). To make a long story short.....I bought this Mustang Convertible because it's what I WANTED.....but Neil Parsons impressed me the way he conducted himself during and after the sale on the phone (I personally can't stand Salesman at Dealerships because of the way I've been treated in the past). I have never bought a car sight unseen but this time I took a chance. The car was delivered to my door THE NEXT DAY.....I never had to walk into the dealership and face the stress of dealing with salesmen. Neil never pressured me into buying this car. He had this car washed and waxed and the inside of the car and the engine also were spotless. The only disappointment was the car was almost out of gas on arrival, only 59 miles left....most of the time when you leave a drealership the car is on full. Other than that....I can fully recommend this dealership and Neil Parsons if your looking to buy a car. More

This was my first visit to Everett Chevy and I purchased a 2006 Chevy Colorado truck. The outside was detailed nicely but the interior was dirty. I spent over an hour detailing it.
