My review is only concerning the service department. I was not going to leave a review, but I got a text asking me to. I had not been to Everett Chevrolet in probably 15 years or more because of bad I was not going to leave a review, but I got a text asking me to. I had not been to Everett Chevrolet in probably 15 years or more because of bad service (I go to Earnhardt now). I recently purchased a used 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV with 9,000 miles on it and needed to get the OnStar fixed. Earnhardt is not EV Certified. I also wanted to get my tires rotated and they have a special on the website for a 4 tire balance for $48.95, so I was going to get that too. So when I went the service advisor told me I was out of the 12 month First Maintenance Visit so I was not eligible for the free rotation or the balance purchase coupon. Turns out the expiration date for the first maintenance visit was 3/12/26 and I made my appointment on 3/26 and the soonest they could get it in was 4/9. That is why I hate Everett Chevrolet. I was only a couple weeks out of the first maintenance visit AND I was willing to pay for a balance option. But they refused to honor the coupon or rotate the tires as a courtesy. I used to be a service manager at a GM dealer decades ago and we would have done this for the customer. Also, you may want to check the work you have done. Proof that they don't really do certain things is apparent in my tire pressures. The EV has a door psi of 42psi. The service order said they did an inspection and my tire pressures were 35psi according to them, when they actually 40-42. When means, nobody really did look at the psi. So what else did they not look at? I will be taking my EV to Randy Marion from now on, even though it is further away. It is a shame that Everett is still the same as they were when I stopped going there almost 20 years ago. Nothing has changed. More
