The used car was almost like a new one and they were very nice about replacing a small part of the car that was missing (a cover for the fuse box). The sales rep was kind in working with our price range and helped lower the price to a slightly more reasonable value. The whole process of purchasing the car was VERY efficient and took no more than and hour and a half (excluding our hour long test drive). The lobby was also very clean and had a nice and fancy coffee machine and tea choices that was very helpful in the cold weather. Also a nice flat screen TV and lounge area to sit in while waiting for final processes to finish. More
