However, Michael's treated us as if we'd just purchased the most expensive car on the lot. With that pleasant recent memory, while visiting the dealership for an oil-change my husband was walking the lot and found a vehicle he was very intrigued with. Justin Martinez, the sales rep that approached my husband, was able to quickly assess that his time was of the essence, thus providing thorough and complete information on the vehicle, Since that initial meeting with Justin, he has been in contact with us regarding all facets of the purchase process. Justin ensured that we received a very competitive interest rate and further, extended other 'returning customer' benefits. The car has been fixed or serviced quickly and inexpensively every time. Recently, when the water pump went out, they checked and found that it was still under warranty and fixed it for free. I have been completely satisfied with all the work done in the service department. More

Great Experience I had to bring in my daughter's car for 3 recalls while she was home for one week from college. Even though they had a couple of mechanics out sick I had to bring in my daughter's car for 3 recalls while she was home for one week from college. Even though they had a couple of mechanics out sick the day before and they had wanted to reschedule my appointment after I explained the importance of having this appointment they had me bring the car and they took care of it all. I am sure they were backed up but they understood my need. I appreciate that! More
Great service! I bought a used 2013 Volt, not from Michael's, and it needed some software upgrades and new hatch struts as per recall. I made an appointment and dropped it off, along with a dozen doughnuts for the service crew! The car was done in a little over two hours. It was washed and vacuumed, and plugged in when I arrived. Michael's is a Volt-friendly dealership with a knowledgeable Volt technician. This is important for this car. First rate service all around. Thanks! More

02-20-13. Heater connector broke in Issaquah from over heating ON MY WAY HOME. Had steam in the car. Drove the car to Michaels Chevrolet of Issaquah close by and asked what caused the problem and to by pa heating ON MY WAY HOME. Had steam in the car. Drove the car to Michaels Chevrolet of Issaquah close by and asked what caused the problem and to by pass the heater so I could get home. They said that the over heating was caused bad head gaskets, Fans did not turn on and to replace the head gaskets would be $1,700 or a rebuilt motor around $5-6,000. after three days of picking up the car and bring it back for over heating I GAVE UP and had the car shipped back 286 miles to Airway Heights WA where I live. Also there tech broke the connection to the overflow tank. THE FIRST THING THE TECH HERE SAW WAS A BROKEN WATER PUMP BELT. I asked the service manager, Steve Thompson for some kind of compensation for miss diagnosing the problem and causing lots of extra expenses and waisting my time. HE said we are notresponsible.
