I just got my car in February from International Autos. I had an issue with my car...brake assist light keeps coming on, steering wheel sometimes jerks away from me and turns hard to the left. Tailgate somet had an issue with my car...brake assist light keeps coming on, steering wheel sometimes jerks away from me and turns hard to the left. Tailgate sometimes doesn’t lift up on its own. Some lights came on my dash and also the check engine light..so I made an appointment to have my car checked out. I dropped my car off and they called me and said there was an issue with the battery and I needed to buy a $300 battery so they could continue to do testing on the car to see if there were others issues that caused the complaints I was having. We asked if they could diagnose the car before we bought a battery as we. Hold get one for way less than that. They said they could not. My brother owns a service station and he was not happy with the service we got, as they would have diagnosed the car before they could have done any of that. I wasn’t happy that they didn’t find a way to take care of my car.....especially since we haven’t even had the car for a year! More
