My experience with your team overall was mixed. My car is fixed and running well. Mark was very professional and and listened when I spoke. Eric, the service manager, was kind of standoffish. It really seemed as if he did not want to speak with me. I requested to speak with Mark about a question I had asked previously and Eric basically told me that Mark wasn’t available and preceded to answer my question as though it was illogical and silly. He was not helpful at all and I cannot help but wonder if it was because I am an African American man. He needs to improve his customer service skills and understand that the customer no matter what their ethnicity is is important and he or she ought to be treated like their questions matter and their business is appreciated. I’m planning to purchase a 2021 VW Golf R next year. Unfortunately, I will not be buying from your dealership. And yes it is because of Eric. Please let him know this. He should know that his customer service skills needs improvement. Thank you! More

I’m 0/3 on receiving my car back when it was originally communicated that I’d have it back by. Don’t tell me what I want to hear. Tell me the truth. I say this so that it is taken to heart to improve communication with your customers as I’m now used to not knowing what’s going on. I’m not coming down on anyone but suggesting a more realistic timeline be discussed than a rosy and unattainable timeline. More
