I bought a key fob off amazon (about 13 dollars)than i went to the dealership to have it programmed.the gentleman there informed me that all key fobs would not work and i will be given a $130 bill weather went to the dealership to have it programmed.the gentleman there informed me that all key fobs would not work and i will be given a $130 bill weather it does or not so i bought one from them. Long story short the key fobs were exactly the same .The dealership sold the key fob for $140...extremely disappointed More

I gave them the opportunity when I wanted to buy my daughters car off lease. And that did not work out so well and I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership. So it's my first time coming to Menomonee falls Buick dealership. I came in for an oil change tire rotation and a tire that was losing air. they could have told me that I had to replace the tire at that dealership.
