Very friendly staff Came in for electrical problem with running boards. They charged $135 for diagnosis, But were unable to come up with anything definitive, just gave a Came in for electrical problem with running boards. They charged $135 for diagnosis, But were unable to come up with anything definitive, just gave a couple very expensive repair options. They weren’t able to get the parts for the repairs, so I found the parts and will be repairing it myself. He did cut the diagnosis charge in half since it took longer than it should have. In my opinion, if you are unable to provide a diagnosis, the charge should be waived, or there just shouldn’t be a charge in the first place. More

Piss poor Took in early, service person on phone while time of check in. Didn’t get a print out. He suggested just replacing part without looking at it, then had to call 3 times to have them tell me they were still looking for the issue and in the end they replace that part, took 24 hours to complete a hour replacement. Call back My appointment was 10/2/19 at 10:30 and was to be picked up at 4 pm. Well it would have been nice to get a call saying they did not get it in. Instead I called at 4:30 to ask about it and they said they would check and call back. They called back to inform us they got behind and did not get it in. It will be worked on hopefully today (10/3). A call earlier would have been nice to properly plan for a ride home. They have been helpful in supplying information needed on the repairs. More
