One dealership even told me there were only so many of the vehicles I was interested in within 100 miles radius.. that was very untrue... But when dealing with Cory, everything was above board and very transparent... which I like and how things should be... And... that’s why I purchased my new 2019 VW at their dealership. More

Shady employees I brought my Saab in for a air bag recall and oil change. Since the car had been sitting for some time, I asked if they could give it a look through t I brought my Saab in for a air bag recall and oil change. Since the car had been sitting for some time, I asked if they could give it a look through to see if anything else was wrong. They assured me that they would during the routine inspection. “James” called me back later that day to tell me all the work was complete. He said, however that there were “a bunch” of warning lights on, including the check engine light. I told him that there is “no way” a bunch of lights were on since we just dropped the car off hours before and the only light lit on the dash was for a headlight failure on one side. James then said he would call me back. He called back shortly after to say that there was only one Warning light on for the headlight failure however there was animal feces under the hood, etc, etc. I told him to do the deeper inspection so I knew if the anything else was wrong. Turns out the only thing the car needed was a new headlight and a couple other bulbs. You guys are shady. Trying to xxxxxxxx a single lady into spending more money then necessary. I won’t be back.
