Bad service department After picking up our 2105 Tiguan it had large coolant leak , hose clamp was left off after turbo replacement . Positive experience Facility and service were top notch. They had me in and out in just over an hour for warranty airbag replacement. I usually use wifi to work when my car is being serviced. I have used the wifi at the dealer in the past so I don't know if this is an issue with the ownership conversion.
