Problems after routine service ... I called ahead with specific warranty work to be taken care of when I scheduled my 20k service. Only to be told that they need to order the parts aft I called ahead with specific warranty work to be taken care of when I scheduled my 20k service. Only to be told that they need to order the parts after I arrived. Now I have to make a return trip. Then after I left, my check engine light randomly came on and more work has to be done. Completely new issue. Cooincindence? Hmmm.... Seems to be a very inefficient operation in the service department... More
