Great Experience I hadn't shopped for a car in 10 years, and frankly was dreading the experience. I found myself needing a new vehicle asap in the middle of winter, and headed to Ewald because of their location, good ratings, and they had a used Kia I wanted to check out. Did I mention I loathe car shopping? I was greeted by Mike Balsewicz, and after chatting a few minutes, I was much more at ease about purchasing a car. Mike is personable, laid back, honest, answered all my questions, and was great to work with. Even after I purchased the car and had more questions, he took the time to answer every one and I didn't feel as if I were annoying him. (If I did, he hid it well). I will recommend Ewald and Mike to anyone looking for a car, and I will definitely see them for my next vehicle. More

I planned on purchasing a used Explorer that they had for sale, but Scott Bolle encouraged me to test drive the Buick Enclave as it had more features that I was looking for. I have never been a Buick fan and didn't have any interest in looking at one, but he convinced me to at least drive one.
