Friendly people I had a good experience with Ewald, my salesman Reid, came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule (I was an out of state customer) and although I had a good experience with Ewald, my salesman Reid, came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule (I was an out of state customer) and although I had to wait a while for another customer to finish with their financing, Reid and the receptionist Tammy kept me entertained with fun conversation and a little history on the dealership. I do however have one complaint that I don’t feel affects the score I gave for my overall experience, Ewald will add on a percentage to your interest rate from the bank.. I don’t know wether this is common practice as this is the first time I didn’t secure financing before I went to a dealership, but I don’t agree with this practice, and I felt it was deceiving that they wouldn’t be straight foreword about doing it.
