First, it was a relief to deal with Ewing after trying to buy a car at another dealership in the Dallas area. There were three people there who told me they wouldn't know the price of the car until it came i buy a car at another dealership in the Dallas area. There were three people there who told me they wouldn't know the price of the car until it came in. I couldn't get any information about financing. All I was asking for was ballpark figures. That all changed when I went back to Ewing. I had talked and texted with Renzo Ramirez about a used Subaru. I was close to buying a new Forester that was missing a couple of things I really did want. I found the car I wanted coming in at the other dealer. So, I tried dealing with them and stayed with it longer than I should have. Renzo sent me a text at just the right time. We ended up finding the red Subaru Forester Limited I wanted elsewhere. Ewing got it for me. Next came the business part of the deal. Chris Moss explained all of that to me. Everything was transparent and explained very well. I had been a bit under the weather and Chris had someone bring all the papers I needed to sign. My new car was delivered August 31. I love it and am getting to know it, although I fear it may be smarter than I am in some areas! From the start to getting my car, it was all open and stress free. Thank you, Ewing Subaru More
