I bought my brand new Outback Memorial Day. Within a week of having it, it had starting having a few issues. I took it in, and honestly, the first time there, I was very disappointed with the service…t week of having it, it had starting having a few issues. I took it in, and honestly, the first time there, I was very disappointed with the service…the level of communication was almost non-existent, and the issues were not resolved at all, despite it being a brand new car which had been in for 4 days of service at 14 days old. And I let them know of my dissatisfaction, and desire to simply return the car and not have to deal with them again. But, I conceded and let them try to make it right. They arranged to pick up my car and deliver me a loaner. Tamela and Kyle went above and beyond to communicate the progress of the vehicle’s service. And they kept the car until it was actually fixed. I’ve had the car back for a week or more and so far, everything seems good. I appreciate their effort to redeem the situation, and I’m able to feel I can (almost) trust my new car again, and keep it for the long term, and not dread the need to engage the service department if I need them. Hopefully, I won’t need them for a while! More

Overall satisfaction is great. Getting a service appointment used to be good. This time, your Chat guy was a hindrance, a nuisance. I wanted to bring the car for some recall work; but I did not su appointment used to be good. This time, your Chat guy was a hindrance, a nuisance. I wanted to bring the car for some recall work; but I did not succeed with this friendly chat person. And to my dismay all information that I provided went in a hot air balloon or no one read it. Next day I showed up without an appointment, and through the courtesy of an attentive Service Advisor things moved smoothly and I got the needed work done. Thanks. Another minor irritation: the color of my car is moss green and not gray as showed on the work order. Mechanical work done is satisfactory. More
Kyle Brinkmann went above and beyond to communicate with me about the status of my car. We had some trouble working with my insurance but he got them to focus on my claim and deliver the needed supplemental me about the status of my car. I was sorely disappointed that the dealership did not make a good faith effort to negotiate fairly for my purchase. I asked 4 times about negotiating the price of the auto I purchased and/ or giving me a make a good faith effort to negotiate fairly for my purchase. I asked 4 times about negotiating the price of the auto I purchased and/ or giving me a better trade in price for the auto I traded that was in pristine condition. The sales manager never gave an inch, and I should have purchased elsewhere. I understand that Carmax and other places do not negotiate on their pre-set price, but I've never had a dealership that would not negotiate at all. I expected a deal where both parties benefitted, and the dealership was the only party who benefitted from my sales transaction. More
